with your order. On orders less than $200 we promise to
promptly refund any money paid for product
(including shipping if our fault) if you are for any
reason dissatisfied with your order. Please contact us
via email within 10 days of receipt to obtain RMA number.
On orders over $200 we reserve the right to charge a
10% restocking fee on returned merchandise unless
return is due to defect, or error on our part.
Merchandise must be returned in prime condition using
anti-static tubes if applicable, and suitably packed.
